Any advice on interviewing at Gap brands? Specific question- is there a way I can diplomatically ask if their current situation impacts the culture? And if/how they’ve managed corporate layoffs?

I just had a first round interview with BCG, I did ok in one of the interview and did great in the other one. What are my chances of moving to the next round? More info: Based in Canada, there are two 45 mins interview for first round.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.
