Should I rejoin Equinox? Background: I cancelled my equinox membership because I wanted to try out different gyms. After about a month and a half, I’ve determined I really miss Equinox. It’s kind of expensive ($250 per month, but only an extra $130 over an average local gym). I like saving money but my health has definitely taken a dive because working out is not as enjoyable. My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

Stub year in a free market firm frustrated about hours. Everyone was complaining about being slow last month, but it seems most passed 100 hours and I only got 60. I’ve been doing everything mgmt says to do but I’m making no progress in getting work. I can’t help but think I don’t fit in here and people don’t like me - especially because I went to a lower-ranked school, grew up poor, and am neurodivergent so networking is hard for me. Whole system feels very nepotistic. I just want to give up.
