Anyone have any suggestions to get your executive better organized with expenses?!? I’ve installed picture apps and that doesn’t seem to work....

In the past, I’ve given my charges a little plastic envelope to place the receipts in and then turn into me or just ask after every trip, end of the week or whatever if they have any receipts for you.

Things like uber or subscriptions to things, I just go in myself and retrieve or call the hotel for the missing bill.

You might also ask them to use the offline tool where they can upload all receipts instead of waiting...

I have my execs download Tiny Scanner. You can take a picture of the receipt with it, it turns it into a pdf and can be emailed instantly. They use it immediately when they get a receipt and email it to me so they don’t have to keep track of the paper receipt. Quick and easy. Literally takes 30 seconds

Interested to see the comments of others.

I usually send them an updated list of the dashboard and I look at their calendars for any lunches or parking receipts under 50. As for the pics, I try to hunt them down quiet a bit... until they get so tired, they send to me, I have also done a spreadsheet where they fill out and monthly or every 2 weeks they send to me to expense.

Isn’t it great when your exec drags their feet on receipts, despite endless pestering, then wants to blame you when they get late fees on their corporate card?

Please let me know if someone can refer him:) Happy to answer any other questions

Hi Fishes,

I applied to one of the roles and after initial screening I happened to see in the website that there are no suitable openings for my profile.

I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.

Can I use referals to apply before 6 months? Or should I wait for 6 more months?

Thanks for your help.

Please feel free to share:
