I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

Why India is not part of APAC ABTC Card? We have strongest economy? But we are the only one in APAC which don’t have membership of ABTC Card.
This card allows you to travel without VISA to south asian countries.

There is a lady who comes when I exercise as the roof is shared. and I feel uncomfortable. till now I have been ignoring her but still I don't feel comfortable, my rhythm will be disturbed. I try to put my back towards her.
