Who is bipolar and/or has major depression and/or has anxiety and/or is/has anything else? Who has been in a mental hospital? Who has been to rehab? Who sees a therapist? Who sees a psychiatrist? ...

I desperately need help/guidance from someone, I tried going to some therapists but they just emphasize antidepressants.

Below are my thoughts rn: Man, I’m 28 and such a bum. I work a job I hate, I have no social circle. I have never had a gf. All these things are so challenging because I’m autistic. I can’t change that. What’s the point of living when society treats ppl like me like I don’t matter. Maybe I should just take a bunch of sleeping pills so I don’t have to deal with life anymore.

What are some red flags to watch out for in a company?
