I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Mck1 & 2- That might be a noble and enlightened perception of a senior experienced leader who has been around. But this is not the common sense across the vast majority of Mckinsey folks, specially the junior ones

Didn’t they meet their revenue expectations? I know the federal side is impacted here
Revenue wise it exceeded expectations. But margins at very low though.
Fed MDs - specially in bpo/tech might be the most at risk
When is it coming?
May -June is when outcomes are announced
