If you aren’t in the greatest shape right now, then you have some work to do, bud.
Zero day you’ll spend a few hours doing obstacle course and getting smoked. Lots and lots push ups and of sun gods.
Start running and doing lots of calisthenics.
The 12 mile ruck needs to be completed in 3 hours or less. See if you can get a copy of the packing list for the ruck march and start doing training hikes. Shoot for 4 miles per hour at the beginning, then progress toward jogging 12 miles with your pack for twelve miles.
Good luck.
Like most military training if you show up with what is required, in decent shape and want to graduate you will. If you’re already thinking of an excuse don’t bother going.
go to airborne instead
Not that hard but it physical. They love to make it more physical that it should be. I mean..it is just rappelling.
So...train ruck marching for 3 hours non stop and standing with gear and rucksack on for hours you'll be good.
You have a long ruck ahead of you. Get in decent shape and give it a shot. The worst thing that can happen is failure.

oh you gon’ sling-load and you gon’ bound
Yeah...you better show up with EVERYTHING on the gear list, it needs to be spotless and have no holes. They’ll drop you that day if it isn’t. No shit.
