Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

They're probably more afraid of you than you are of them. Seriously. They're vulnerable and can be displaced easily due to a lack of public/private funding, so they aren't looking for trouble. They want peace and a break from the struggles of life.
People fear the unknown, so maybe say hi and get familiar with the folks you see frequently. Community means all of us ❤️
Right, cuz’ PE has no substance abuse issues…
I lived near projects for years and to shelters during the migrant surge, it was never an issue. Crime is down overall and most crime is committed by people who know the victim anyway, not strangers.
PE guys be ripping homes, buying all the clinics and one unit homes, building luxury homes apartments with 30 year tax breaks and paying no property taxes, bankrupting townships, and then being afraid it a triple shift worker gets a bunk bed in a shared crumbling building.
The injustice poor PE guys have to face! 😭
It’s 10 degrees outside and you’re complaining about homeless people? You’re a horrible person!

You are horrible for not housing them with you
You are clearly not cut out for NYC why don’t you move back to Ohio or Oklahoma where you’re from I’m sure you will feel more safe there
Nah those places are even more dangerous than NYC.

I’m afraid of PE ruining everything they acquire, based on experience.
Not afraid of those that live in lower income, subsidized, or public housing, which btw are your firemen, police, teachers, artists, MTA and the people that literally enable this city to run.
Every building has units reserved for low income and projects are in every neighborhood. Avenue private school literally uses the projects playground. But here you are, afraid of humans but not the PE damage.

Blackstone already acquired stuytown. Take over brownsville next?
Stuy town is the best
I’ve lived by them for about 7 years and bruh, it just feels like a building full of families to me. Listen to some 90s underground hip hop for more info.
If you work in private equity I’m sure you can afford to live away from projects. Frankly that’s just how it is in NYC. You can live in the nicest building and you’re next to a project. I’m a woman btw so I always have to have a heightened sense of security.
Walk on the other side of the street. It's easy !
That's crazy they put in a shelter after you had already moved in
