Late morning Lumey toons

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

nothing wrong with a little concealer here or there matched to your skin tone. maybe a setting powder in a slightly lighter shade. whatever just to hide a blemish here or there. been proudly taking tips from my mom on this since highschool.
but like. might not want to start doing a full face inspired by instagram influencers…. or you could look as ridiculous as some of these political figures we’ve got running around lately always beat with ridiculous tv camera levels of makeup.
Not yet, but I'm starting to experiment with dyeing my graying hair/beard.
My beard is not closely cropped, so I don't have the same challenge you have. The just for men options at cvs and other stores work for me. An idea to try is the just for men 1 day beard color if you need smaller touchups rather than a full beard dye.
Time for me to plug something: Jones Road Miracle Balm. After Bobbi Brown sold her eponymous line to Estée Lauder, she had to sign a non-compete that lasted 25 years. As soon as it expired, she launched Jones Road. This stuff does not look like makeup. I use au naturel —no tint, but it comes in other shades. To me, it gives you a glowing look and hides minor imperfections. You can’t tell it is makeup. There is nothing more embarrassing—even if you’re openly gay—than looking like you’re wearing makeup in a professional setting (or have foundation on your collar). Check it out.
If wearing makeup makes you feel nice, then just wear it..... It's always what makes us happy.
Almost 40, but I I recently started doing ice face baths lol, and using a tinted lip balm and a little concealer lol
Just a tinted sunscreen most days. Some bronzer and light concealer on night outs.
Wowwww, I was not expecting this many responses. Thanks guys, I guess I need a tinted moisturizer
Haven’t found something that works for
My skin, so I rely on moisturizer, caffeine cream, and Botox lol
i suggest a tinted sunscreen! it goes a long way and can make you look glowy, also event a mm eyebrow can make you look more polished, im also an advocate for light blush it spruces up the face imo
I wear foundation yes
I wear color sunblock, light tinted lipbalm and rice powder touch in the middle of the day 😉
I think BB cream might be what you are looking for (or CC). I don’t wear make up to the office but I do sometimes when I go out.
If you are starting to lose your hair, you can apply eye shadow (marching your hair tone) to that area and it very much hides it. I’ve been doing that for a year or two and I feel so much more confident.
If you’re losing your hair get a prescription for oral minoxidil (with finesteride if that drug’s very small percentage chance of potential side effects don’t scare you). I don’t take finesteride for that reason. But minoxidil has no side effects for me and my hair is very thick. The thin spot in the back has long gone away. As your doctor about it. And don’t use Hims like my partner does. What costs like $12 for me he for some unknown stupid reason pays much more for the same thing online. And we have the same doctor, so I have no idea why he does this. But I digress. The oral medication works!
