I have working in Deutsche Bank ever since.
Our team has gone through a very tough time cause few for the senior member left us. I have support very well and taken up all the roles of a Senior Analyst.
But, I am not happy with this year’s appraisal.
What should be the average salary at this point of Career.
Note- I have passedCA inter.
Currently pursuing CFA as I want to have a career in Financial markets.

Yep.I started this bowl hoping to find others to chat. I’m strictly a plaintiffs’ lawyer,but didn’t mean for the conversation to be limited.There is a separate Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice bowl too.

Obviously many of us get paid very well and there is an expectation with work demands for being paid that high. But what’s too much? How do you set a limit to preserve your mental health? I find myself guilty for taking time to decompress but I know I come back to work refocused after I do it.
