Recruiters can help - fee would be 25% of the paralegals first year base salary
The general strategy is Job posts on LinkedIn, various paid legal job boards, inMailing passive candidates, and utilizing networking. Then do the administrative side of reviewing hundreds of resumes and screening candidates work experience and cultural fit.
Biggest thing is having a compelling job post and underlying opportunity to attack quality talent. (Remote/ hybrid/ comp / benefits / hours expectations / responsibilities / firm culture)
Feel free to DM with any specific questions you might have.
Sometimes city/county paralegal associations have their own free-to-post job boards as well. Can’t say if they are any better than LinkedIn or other sources, but it weeds out the non-paralegals at least. It’s a tough market right now to hire a paralegal. Paralegals with good experience have a lot of leverage to request high salaries (deservedly so), and there are many who are looking but have little to no relevant experience. Many want to work all- or part-remote which may or may not complicate things for your specific firm. Good luck with the search!
