I had interviewed with Deloitte UK consulting in June/July and was called by the HR team by the end of July that the interviews were positive and they're sending for approval for an offer to be rolled out. The general strategy is Job posts on LinkedIn, various paid legal job boards, inMailing passive candidates, and utilizing networking. Then do the administrative side of reviewing hundreds of resumes and screening candidates work experience and cultural fit.
Biggest thing is having a compelling job post and underlying opportunity to attack quality talent. (Remote/ hybrid/ comp / benefits / hours expectations / responsibilities / firm culture)

Sometimes city/county paralegal associations have their own free-to-post job boards as well. Can’t say if they are any better than LinkedIn or other sources, but it weeds out the non-paralegals at least. It’s a tough market right now to hire a paralegal. Paralegals with good experience have a lot of leverage to request high salaries (deservedly so), and there are many who are looking but have little to no relevant experience. Many want to work all- or part-remote which may or may not complicate things for your specific firm. Good luck with the search!
