Currently working in the financial modeling team (DMA) at EY, do I have a fair chance of recruiting for BB investment banking without doing an M7 MBA a few years later?

Is an MBA required to get senior leadership roles in Canada? I always find myself wondering if, down the line, I will regret not doing an MBA. However, my peers (with and without MBAs) don’t seem to think MBAs are needed in Canada if you have the right experiences. Would love to hear more opinions on this

I am really interested in a career at Microsoft. I do not have a tech background but I have experience as a Team Manager, Consultant, and Account Manager across various industries.
