Any PM roles that might not be posted yet? I've been on the hunt for a Director PM job for almost a year with no luck. I keep getting to the final round interview then they go with the other candidate. I've been the 2nd choice like 6 times in a row. There's even been 3 times where I didn't get a job, but they liked me and reached back out when another role became available- so I interview again, then don't get it again. I'm trying to keep my head up but I'm so discouraged and SO exhausted.
