Any thoughts on OC&C London in terms of: 1. Type of work (is it mostly retail?) 2. WLB and comp wrt other tier 2 shops in London 3. International travel opportunities (to Asia or the US) Thanks a million! OC&C Strategy Consultants

1. Fairly even mix across four sectors (retail & leisure, FMCG, TMT, B2B services). Much less retail focused nowadays than people think 2. 55 hour week avg. For comp, take a look at Glassdoor - top quartile amongst London strat firms 3. Pre-Covid - occasional opportunities for travel to Europe/US for projects, but rarely Asia. Also has international ‘ambassadorship’ programme spending 6 months in another office, with longer term transfers on a case by case basis. Post-Covid TBD. Differentiator of OC&C is more time in office as opposed to travelling - up to you whether or not this appeals (for me this means more ability to have a social life in London which I appreciate)

I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. How do I again the experience if I'm limited by the type of work we do?
