Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

I don't there any cons different from changing jobs in general. It's just a more annoying/ less smooth process than most people would assume it to be
Depends what you're looking for: better WLB, Interesting Work, Passport.
From personal experience transfer within is easier if you are well connected.
Cons means you will need internal approvals so no control over timeline and might have some visa type limitations e.g. UK intra-transfer.
Generally if you like the brand/firm you're in definitely go for transfer as might help in returning back within the same team.
