Any tips on getting through for an interview at Mastercard? I can not get past selection despite having worked with Mastercard at my current job, having all the right criteria and experience. I don’t understand it.

I would suggest trying to get a referral. I have heard that can help you get your foot in the door at Mastercard. I would definitely give that a try.

It's frustrating, but stories like that are pretty common these days. It seems like it's just hard for anyone to get an interview anywhere. I think a lot of organizations are just going slowly with any hiring because of all the uncertainty (tariffs, trade war, a real war, and so on).
