Any tips on transitioninf from potty chair to toilet? Any products you would recommend?

I’m only a few weeks into the in-house world and I have to say that it kicks ass. I get to spend real time learning about how our business works without worrying about billable hours. I’m sure I’ll become more jaded as I go on (as lawyers do) but I want to take a moment to appreciate it.

Any thoughts from anyone on freezing embryos (with donor sperm) after freezing eggs? I only very recently froze eggs as I turned 35. When I started thinking about this a year ago (Single) my follicle count was very high but dropped by almost half in the past year. I was able to freeze 18 eggs. I now have a partner but it’s only been some months so I’m trying not to factor him into my previous plans. I had planned to do another cycle for embryos but using donor sperm. Thoughts on the risks?

I work in refining. I really enjoy the company I work for, but a competitor just offered me 30% more for my same position, same responsibilities and a 5% increase in bonus target as well. I always hear of bringing it up to your employer just leads them to letting you go earlier. I believe I’m a good worker and am on their high performer list. Should I give my current company the option to match? If so how does one bring this up? Or should I just put in my two weeks and leave?
