No hike this year too. Santos and Gole are using the same strategy as last year. Someone asked increment related questions last year and this year's townhall so they can't say no otherwise everyone will leave immediately. They are just giving false hope so you stick here until you are billable. This is already confirmed by directors based out of Indore and Bangalore.
I believe this is a strategy to retain employees who are considering resigning. Many employees have been leaving Globant for opportunities at other companies. By announcing salary hikes, the company may be hoping that employees will postpone their plans to leave and stay for a few more months.
U won’t get any hike unless promotion. If u are looking for hike go for change
The appraisal is happening in the upcoming quarter is what was Santos told us, in the last All Hands last Wednesday. So, most likely Aug or Sep. If they don’t do it as what they committed then that would be a disaster from which they won’t be able to recover.
He mentioned Q3 and not next quarter
From financial point of view the Q3 starts from October and ends in December, so by this misleading sentence Santos CUNNINGLY gave a fake hope for July - September evading other questions
This is just my thinking, after experiencing so much LALAGAIRI from management I can only think in this direction as there are no other direction present here
Confirmed news next appraisal will be in Apr 2027
In 2025 it was confirmed that the next appraisal will be in April 2026 and before that it was confirmed during Dipawali. Good going.
No hike till 2030 please don't have fake expectations
