Can’t decide if I’m being ghosted by a partner or if I’m just reading into it. Had a good discussion about a matter that we wrapped up and then I went on vacation. How does a person change their mindset to be more positive? I feel like I’m meant for my job, but blame all my life problems on it….having no energy, being single at the age of 30, etc. and it seems like a never ending loop. I look for new jobs, realize I have a good job then am ok for a bit then start it all over again. When I’m off of work I’m fine and realize I have it pretty good. Only real negative is I can’t vacation with my family in March due to my busy time.

Seen a lot of “my company is so amazing posts” continuously on LinkedIn a la “here at XYZ we give people lots of time off and it’s amazing” or even “so happy XYZ company allowed me to take maternity/paternity leave” - are folks just trying to look like team players or do employees get some sort of incentive for doing this at companies? laid off in Oct but ended Jan with 4 in-persons and good feedback. fast forward a month - ghosted twice, one put on hold, and one no. ~1 month of unemployment left - f@&k i feel worthless.

Has anyone ever felt so anxious and depressed they couldn’t sleep all night? Body tense and uncontrollable shaking? I woke up in the middle of the night and was pacing back and forth in my room, feeling like I was about to suffocate. I haven’t felt this bad in a LONG time. And it terrified me. What makes me sad is that its really just my negative anxious thoughts that caused it.
