Is it better to live in a good apartment with decent school district or live in an average apartment with good school district. it’s hard finding anything around 1600 near Philly. Should I find a place which is more expensive and sacrifice standard or living? Thoughts ?

I stopped contributing to my 401K for the last three months in order to pay off credit card debt. I am 28 and have about 68K in my 401K. Was this a smart decision? I want to get out of debt as quickly as possible and I have no student loans or car debt.

I’m interested in becoming a product manager but I don’t think I have the right background. My background is in enablement/product training/L&D. I don’t have a technical background. I work closely with the PMs at my current company and would love to get to do what they do. Is it possible to be a product manager without a technical background? Are there any certification type programs that could boost my credentials and employers would actually care about? Or is this transition a pipe dream?

If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
