How to respond to the “why are you looking to switch careers?” Question. Have a background as a mfg engr but have an interview for a software QA position . I applied because the company culture and benefits are hard to beat. software QA was the closest position I qualify for.

I get tax brackets but in the UK making 30K you pay ~£6K tax and when you make around 5x more at £150k you pay 10x more tax ~£60k. What things can you do to lower your tax in consulting? (I’m not at 150 yet but most of us will get there hopefully if we stay in this role)

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management.
