Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. Currently 25 y/o making 70k/year in Boston. I grew up pretty poor and I have minimal financial education. A lot of my salary now goes towards helping my parents get out of debt. My parents are no longer able to live on their own, so considering selling my grandmas house where they live (maybe 550k), paying off their mortgage (100k) and buying a duplex (between them they make about 55k/year). Is buying a two family home a good investment ? How much can I afford to spend on a new house?

My DOJ with PWC AC Bangalore is in the first week of April 2022 as per Offer Letter. YESTERDAY evening I have received an E-Mail stating my DOJ is changed to 03-Mar-2022 which is TODAY. I am joining from a product based company. So wanted to know how we are assigned to projects. Will there be any client interviews. If yes will it be very tough? Do we get a say in the projects we can get to work or its usually assigned and we have to take it up.
