I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!

If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

To me a hybrid approach of remote/in office job is best. Can’t beat a dedicated space in the office to do your job and quickly ask for help from senior devs. Thoughts?

My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.

Current working as a Director of Sales and Marketing at a large hotel chain. I am now trying to branch out to a work from home position as I have a special needs bonus daughter who we now have every other week 💜. Would love to find something full time from home within the industry, or in the travel market so I can be with her.

Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday.
