Anyone else struggling to even get interviews lately? applied to so many jobs, tailored CVs, cover letters, referrals… and still mostly silence.

Starting to wonder if the market is just extremely competitive right now or if companies are posting roles they already have internal candidates for. trying to stay motivated, but it’s honestly draining curious if others are experiencing the same thing.

What should a commercial claims account manager be making as a salary ? Handles asbestos claims only. Works for a TPA handling claims for 4 carriers. Law degree with many years trial experience as in house ID but for personal lines. This is first job handling commercial claims

I was just laid off. I feel lost, feeling both pumped up for the future but pained because I was a high performing, straight laced, and by the book team member. Looking for Muslim leaders who are recruiting. Extensive experience in strategy and implementation of Data and RPA technologies. PMP and RPA developer certified. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
