I am in process getting an offer from a IT consulting firm in Poland. Could you please suggest some salary range for a Oracle Database Developer with over 10 years of experience in Banking and Finance domain. I am thinking of asking 35000 zloty per month..!! My current CTC in india is 31 LPA.

Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. Nail biting ..Why waste my time again …she didn’t know the budget… so we proceeded forward, her reply ..advised me to talk w hiring team but in final interview there was no opportunity to speak abt salary w hiring team ….Have to say I enjoy the posts & it’s a decent networking site!!
