I recently left EXL Services in July month. It has been more than 60 days but i haven't received my relieving letter from EXL. They are still saying that it can take 15 days more. What could be done in this case?

Did not sell some of my underperforming stocks before end of 2021. Can I sell now but include them in 2021 tax return? Remember there is some grace period for this.

I sent my resume in PDF to the headhunter. He put it in Word, reformatted the sections, changed some languages, sent it back to me for my review. Then he set up a call with me to go through all possible questions I may be asked in the interview, and give me sample answers. Now I’m confused

I’m super happy and excited to exit out of consulting job.
I met all the check marks every appraisal cycle but still I was given the same reason every year. Need book of business or sales experience. Finally, I’m out of that cycle. I’m joining one of the FAANG!

I would love to work in financial industries, but I dont know if having a Big 4 name would open more doors in future, or if $25k is too much to pass up on. Any input is appreciated :)

Having a baby and looking for consulting exit opps. I’ve been in strategy consulting for two years and recently promoted to manager. All projects were in tech or LS. Prior to consulting I have 10 yrs of Pharma experience with a MS in Engineering (non-CS) and data science. Fluent in Python, Ruby and Java but never coded professionally.
