About Gut, adding to the above, I'd emphasise the social part of the job. Even the senior senior people work on social. And as much as it might be better than holding, you are not safe from the worst parts of our industry such as headache inducing clients and lay offs out of the blue.
Rising Star
Gut no longer indie. So far still feels indie though, I can’t say anything about new york, still very small with not enough client.
But Miami is fast paced, no BS, nice people, cool work/clients… not exactly a sweatshop but a little hard to keep your boundaries depending on the accounts you are.
Most people are focused on do good stuff and feel that we have enough clients opportunity to do it without having to rely on pro bono accounts.
Most proactive ideas comes from real briefs (IG a social ask turns into a spot or activation because we push it). Btw there’s a lot of social stuff on some accounts.
No place has 100% nice people
There's a lot about Mojo on here if you search, and none of it's great. TL;DR: they over-sell and under-deliver to their employees.
