Recently read Bad Blood (the book about Theranos) and it was really good!
I started this book and even though I was really interested in the topic and love true crime, it felt so badly written. It read like one of those HBS cases.
“As Elizabeth started out the window of her Silicon Valley office, the storm clouds were rolling in.”
And so much minute detail about company infighting... made you think there was going to be a question prompt at the end — “As she watched the gathering storm, Elizabeth pondered: how could she use her knowledge of people and organizations to defuse the situation?”
Couldn’t finish it.
