Coddling
No excuse for bad decorum, but advertising is sold to creatives in the most douchey way. I've seen fellow creatives really lean into the persona of the asshole creative. They think it's cool. It's not all of us though.
Plus, those attitudinal creatives usually come from a place of privilege. They've never been checked or told about themselves or put in their place. People who've never faced consequences tend to act like that. And that's not a creative-specific trait.
