Anyone have a problem with bad PAs or med techs? What's the best way to manage that? For example, PA gives recommendations I wouldn't myself, and then the patient is sent to me or I read the chart, and I'm thinking why are they doing this? Should I speak to the PA, or to hiring staff, or what?
