Anyone have any experience with over employment? Was it manageable or felt like too much? I am particularly interested to see if anyone has managed to do this while adjusting? I know somedays are hard but others I would have a lot of downtime (I am one of the few that thrive in the chaotic roles like adjusting).

I should add not looking to add another adjusting role but something out of insurance.

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!
