I love Microsoft OneNote! I have it downloaded on my phone. 📱 perfect when replying or taking notes /recaps on iPad etc.
I have a template I could email you, I use it and then put it at the story level in jira (our project management system) or email if it’s client facing. Also, copilot has helped me a lot with this as well - I can edit it them but they are good baseline
I bought a remarkable and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Im a paper person, so having all the notes and sketches consolidated in one single place that I can access over the cloud is awesome. I have a lot of folders, one for each client. Every time a new project comes in, I create a new notebook with the name and date of the project (inside the correct client folder). Then I take all my notes, always adding the date at the top of the sheet. Every time I have new notes to add to tgat job, all I have to do is get back to that notebook, add more pages and keep adding notes to it :)) I usually work on anything from 5 to 15 completely different projects with different teams, and this way i keep track of all the details of everything

CocoNotes is the greatest thing ever. I just sit it next to my computer to record meetings and after the meeting it sends me all the notes from the meeting along with an action list and a list of open questions (and it figures out who is speaking). It’s amazing, but it’s not cheap…like $150/year. But worth every penny (to me). Everyone in my office is getting it now bc I just send the notes after the meeting and they’re 🔥. I have no patience to write notes and this lets me just be in the meeting and not get distracted by note-taking.
Look up Bee Computer. Has saved my bacon now that I manage enough accounts for 3 EPs. There’s an app you can download to your Apple Watch or there’s a device they send you.
