Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. I’m debating between a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Prosci. Or both? Any guidance? I’m currently getting a Change Management Cert from eCornell. So I’ll get a lot of credits for CCMP.

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?
