Related to a teacher from Indiana who had to make a big repair, how do you recommend we budget for maintenance? I feel like we can work towards downpayment, but maintenance puts it out of reach.

Any thought in working 3x12s a week vs a typical 5x8 or 4x10? I am working 3x12 and have to work some weekends and I am not sure if I like it. I am 25yrs lmk maybe I am just young? Thoughts?
