Anyone have tricks or resources to prep for a last minute case interview? I haven’t done one in a while

She is looking for a remote work job as a senior marketing associate or marketing associate manager position and has about 3 years experience in B2B and running campaigns at Caterpillar. Have any advice for getting her an interview? She’s quite capable, just needs a chance to demonstrate that. Will happily share resume/cover letter if needed. She’s looking for $110k-$120k TC. I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

I interviewed with Citi's internal audit last week and they said after the interview was over I would hear back next week. So far, crickets. I kind of need a job right now. The jobs site still says "business review" as far as application status goes.

It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I’m currently working on employee data set and business wants to figure out the employee shift type based on number of working hour and days worked and categorize into 8*5 (8 hours 5 days) or (10 hours 4 days) a week. But the real challenge is employee hours are varying because of their overtime work and other reasons so it ranges from 0-20 and also employee can start his shift any day in a week.
