When it comes to travel and fitness, it's all about balance. If you're traveling frequently and don't have time to go to the gym, try to find other activities that can help you stay active. Try going for walks or runs in the city you're visiting, exploring new neighborhoods and parks.
You can find Pilates or yoga classes in most major cities, or simply do some at-home workouts using YouTube videos or online programs. By being mindful of your activity level and trying to get in at least some movement each day, you can avoid letting travel derail your fitness goals.
There are a few things you can do to help stay in shape when you travel too much to justify a gym membership. One is to try and find a hotel with a fitness center, or if you're traveling with family or friends, see if anyone has a membership to a local gym.
You can do bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and pushups in your room. Finally, always try to walk as much as possible when you're exploring new places.
Maintaining a healthy diet on the road is tough. It takes a lot of planning and usually a fair bit of extra money, but your health is worth it. As for exercise, lots of gyms have affordable day passes. If you're able to go for walks, that can be a huge help. Search on youtube for bodyweight exercises to make a program you can do with 0 equipment.
