My sister does and she loves it. I’m trying to move there too. It’s a suburban community in the city. So pros and cons. Pros being it’s new clean not a lot of riff raff but cons being not much is walking distance depending what area of the neighborhood you are in. It’s close to the airport which is also a big plus IMO
If you can afford it park hill is much nicer and has a bit more character but comes at a premium.

Park hill houses are much older though. Central park has newer houses.
We just bought a house in Central Park somewhat recently. It’s very family-oriented, safe, quiet, great schools and I love the green space, mountain views and running trails, close to airport if you travel frequently & 70 so we can at least get to the mountains in about same amount of time as when we lived near downtown. Downside (for me anyway) is that it’s not super walkable (trails are great but not many places to actually walk to), feels suburban and cookie cutter compared to the older neighborhood we lived in before with more diversity & character. We moved here for the schools and because it seemed best for our kids.
Good to know! What is the current price range for a quality home for a family in the neighborhood? (Min 3 bedrooms). Do you have fences? A dog? Do you have an HOA and how much is that? TIA! How long could / would it take you to drive to lodo, typically?
Buddy of mine just bought a house in the area. Quiet is the first thing that comes to mind. Def not a walkable area as EY1 pointed out.
Great for families / kids

Great if you have children or plan to. Might feel like fish outta water single or childless couple.
