Not enough people understand mountain driving etiquette - if you see a conga line of cars behind you it’s because you’re slow and you should pull over at the next available turnout and let them pass.

Many also don’t understand trail etiquette. Those hiking down are supposed to stop and let those hiking up trail pass. That’s how you spot the newbies

Also learn how to zipper!! If 2 lanes merge, not that hard to let a car in after every car

That’s what I always do. I am new to Colorado so I am not used to drive in the mountains yet.

I was joking that next time in my interview, if they ask me about leadership, I’d tell them that I am always a natural leader when I am driving in the mountains with a lot of followers.

Has anyone experienced blame shifting? In my romantic relationship we’re in sync 97% of the time but if I’ve constructive criticism, the dynamic flips, so I apologize to deescalate. I can’t ask for changes much. Like “next time you need spreadsheet help, try to plz anticipate it & not need it at 10 at night?” I’m reading that criticism’s perceived as a narcissist injury, oy! Years of therapy give me empathy but I’m discouraged. My partner’s amazing, but doesn’t have the tools. How can I help?

I've always had trouble with things like attention, focusing, and feeling constantly overwhelmed. I started to feel hopeless, feeling burnt out (even worse than my old job). I spend hours diverted when I know I should get work done. I decided to get an evaluation after learning a lot more about ADHD. I was diagnosed as Primarily Inattentive and they are starting me on meds immediately. Will things get better from here? Will, I finally become a productive human being? Should I tell my manager?

I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

Hi there,
Does someone encounter some delays with Deloitte recruitment process.
I have been chased by Deloitte recruitment, passed all the tour and meet with the National leader that mentionned the offer. Deloitte recruiter came back to me for admin stuff (apply on an offer on the website, ...) and since then she is still waiting for feedback for the last 10 days ....
Somehow baffling ...

I work with HR/Recruitment at an aquistion company. Most of our subsidiaries are small accounting firms, and we struggle with turnover/recruitment of certified public accountants. Mergers, tech and change affect the way we work and we’re overloaded with inexperienced graduates. As a result, the stereotypical accountant feels threatened, overworked and underpaid. Could really need some advice on how to deal with this issue.

Me and a buddy take over long term leases and supplement the cost by utilizing it for short term rentals. If anyone has property they want rented, let me know, I will lease it long term and take care of minor maintenance and when you’re ready to sell it or do something else with it, it will look exactly the way it did when I first signed the lease.

Also if you know others looking to fill a lease, I will take over the lease. TIA everyone.

Car Tire gurus - Yokohama Avid Ascend GT vs LX. I live in CO so winter capability is important, but with a Subaru Outback the car already is well equipped.

Question is whether or not the GT is that much better in the snow that it is worth foregoing an extra 20,000 miles potential tread life with the LX.

I’m leaning LX, but welcome all thoughts!
