I am currently pursuing a position to be a 401k workplace planning consultant with Fidelity Investments. I would like to connect with someone who has gone through that training and early hiring process to make sure I have a solid understanding of the position. This is specifically for the Raleigh/Durham NC area if possible.

It's been over 5 weeks since my final interview with Deloitte for M role. I've had a few email exchanges with the recruiter with a standard response that 'partners are reviewing their resource requirements and we will update you ASAP'. The recruiter always adds it was a positive interview.

Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

Freelancing and contracting are 2 entirely different things. I’m thinking you are meaning contracting as freelancing is typically zero hours and found in creative fields like design, journalism, etc.
The contracting market always has been strong but post IR35 significantly less lucrative. You need a very strong network.
