I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?

I saw but I don’t think it was accurate for me. It showed a 3% raise, which is what the WealthPlanner automatically projects. So either mine was just a projection or I’m really getting 3% (F in the chats if I do).
No one knows what these mean so fingers crossed . If you saw 3% under future then they have rectified the glitch by then hence you saw 3%
It was under maintenance. So many conversations going on about it in Deloitte Bowl though, but I can't really compare cause they are core model.
I am from PDM the difference I saw was around 32k between my base pay currently and the amount listed under 2022 . I am PDM manager 1
Nope I wasn’t promoted I had E/E for year end though . PDM doesn’t get rated for firm contribution
