I have Hr round today with synechron and already had an offer 27Lpa, so will they consider and provide around 29Lpa which i requested.?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
