Anyone who joined recently. Could you please confirm if the onboarding tasks in workday are to be done at office on the day of joining or can we do them before? I have received the workday login email and pwd over email and there are few tasks to complete. My joining is in next week.

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.
