How does everyone in this bowl feel towards master’s degrees in data science/analytics? I didn’t study this in undergrad so I’m looking to get an analytics degree but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year. Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Feeing very lost but I want to improve my approach.

Is it fraud or somehow bad to just start and quit a 2nd job every 1-2 months once you actually start to have to do real work? The first few weeks of most jobs tend to be pretty low stress and an easy paycheck or 2. And if you only do this at employers you wouldn't return to, is there a downside?

What would you ACTUALLY advise college students to do in terms of securing summer internships at this point?

The pay is more than I’ve ever made & team seems great. Is egmat quant tougher than official exam? I gave egmat mocks and found the questions to be of greater level than official mocks
