Of course, comparisons give us valuable insight into what we're lacking that our competitors are providing and they can be a useful tool for gauging where we need to make adjustments

I try to bring more attention to discussions relevant to our brand but I'm not going to shut down people having genuine conversations about the pros and cons of other services. Dissenting opinions are part of an organic community

Of course, we're not the speech police. Plus, can you imagine how bad it would look if someone exposed us for deleting comments mentioning other brands? We're confident enough to let people discuss competitors

We don't delete the comments that mention competitors or compare us in some way but we tend to sort of just ignore them and bring attention to other discussion points

Absolutely! We want to know what the community might see in competitors that they aren't getting from us.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
