Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Always negotiate - more chances of success if you have competing offers
Agree, negotiate and understand RSU usually have a 4 year cliff at Amazon heavily weighted towards finishing the last year. If I recall correctly there also is a hiring to fire policy or game at Amazon.
Edit: found it and gl would recommend more base to guarantee but settle on more RSU!!

This can’t be true? They give large sign-on bonuses so hiring people and giving those bonuses just to fire them and repeat the process seems crazy. Not to mention the lost productivity while you’re trying to replace them. Does the team create new roles specifically for the “to fire” employees so that the work can be performed by the rest of the team while those roles are a revolving door? I can’t imagine a company being this dumb.
