I have expertise in quality improvement/management, gap closing strategies, provider education and process improvement (workflow wizard). I have been looking for my next step to no avail. Conventional wisdom on current firm counter-offering when mentioning you have a few offers? I have an offer at a large firm in Miami. Current large firm has no office there but mentioned they can likely let me be there in a remote basis. BCG and a few other law blog sites have advised against accepting current firm counter-offers, e.g., likely to leave, not loyal, off partner track, etc., but would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.

Had to travel this weekend. A few observations. the plane was least the nerve wracking part of the entire experience. Everyone wearing masks. Middle seats open [SWA]. Plane was spotless.

Airports were empty. Most people wearing masks.
