I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%. So as a tenured SLP, I feel quite underpaid. But I honestly don’t know what is fair - especially for the region (Midwest) and in my speciality (pediatric outpatient rehab). my question is: 1. Is that the right designation given on my 8.5 YOE in Accenture?.
2. Is this 18LPA in accenture in Level 9 is correct with my current fixed is 10.5LPA?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.
