Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

I love you Atlanta, GA. Respect.
Hi everyone!!! Last year I put together a list of classrooms to exchange valentines with! We mailed 1 valentine to each class and included a picture if we could, and a few things about where we live and things we do!
I currently have 13 classes signed up! The more the merrier!!
We have classes CA, WI, PA, KS, TX, RI, MI, Canada, New Zealand.
I have a form to fill out if you are interested! I will email everyone the list probably at the end of the week if not sooner!

I started in July and so fsr it’s pretty good. I haven’t been working with many CFGI people but the clients I’ve worked with actually appreciate and value our contributions unlike big 4. Dm if you have any other questions
Same and feel free to DM me as well
Culture and work environment are really solid. WLB is also really good. Sometimes the projects can be a little stale, but it balances out over time (with better projects)
I have just recently been made aware of a position at CFGI. Can someone please let me know how you feel about the benefits and time off? It sounds like All PTO is included in 20 days per year. (Sick and vacation I mean) Is this true? And if you are currently working there are you happy to have made the switch?
That is correct about PTO and sick time, but there is a lot of flexibility to roll your hours. I didn’t love the sick time policy at first either, but as a fairly healthy person I haven’t even noticed.
I’ve been at CFGI for over a year and a half and I love it. It is all ex-big 4 professionals and is very much a work hard play hard environment. They do pay out OT on an annualized basis, which I appreciate because the baseline expectation really is 40 hours (deadline dependent) and if you ever wanted to earn more you can pick up side work.
