Applied online via company site. After doing application, get a notice from workday for government tax credit stuff. A few questions were harmless BUT then asked if over the age of 40 and my social security number. I refused those questions and it would not allow me to continue or submit the other stuff, yet said questionnaire was voluntary.
I spoke directly with company who said it's automatic and nobody has ever complained.
That is age discrimination and not safe handing out SS.

I’ve seen other things like that recently. For example, having to say yes to the company having your internet data kept by the company, just to apply. You don’t do it, you don’t get to apply.

It's a tax credit for the company if they were to hire you. It is a 3rd party so the company wont see your answers But it shouldn't have to be filled out till orientation or on your first day. Goodluck in your job search hoping it gets better for you.

I had my Technical interview with SALESFORCE on Dec2 for DevOps engineer - MTS . I haven't heard from them if I am selected or rejected. The career portal is still in " interview" status. HR won't reply. What to Do ? . How long will it take for Salesforce to conduct interviews??
