Applied to a senior internal audit job last Tuesday & connected with hiring manager on LinkedIn. An auditor viewed my profile from the company later in the week. My application status still says “resume under review”. Does this mean I’m likely getting passed? If they viewed my profile, I’d assume they were actively considering me & would have reached out then for an interview.

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this?
